February 17: Bill Blass Hat
I personally believe that hats, like sunglasses, are the easiest way to look instantly cool and mysterious. Why else do you always see celebrities wearing them? This low slung topper from Bill Blass leaves me not only wanting one, but dying to know, who's that girl?
